Starting from the minimum 3 hour package, you have the flexibility to book my services for the time period that suits you and your budget! What Do You Need To Be Captured Within The Time Contracted?
Deciding how much coverage you will need will depend upon the events that you want captured. We can discuss what you have in mind so that all your expectations are met when you call, but here are a few common considerations to think about:
Taking photos while the bride gets ready.
Capture both the bride as well as the groom's preparations before the ceremony.
Ceremony coverage.
Meeting the bride as she arrives at the ceremony venue creating a visual portrait story as you say your vows, exchange rings and take that all important walk back down the aisle as man and wife.
Location changes to one of our stunning local locations of your choice for your memorable portrait session.
Reception coverage. Speeches, first dance, cake cutting, and other memorable events you may have planned.
Deposit and Payment
I require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to hold your special date. The balance to be paid 10 days before the wedding date.
Free DVD of Images When you purchase one of my qualifying print packages you will be entilted to a free DVD containing all original unedited proofs in hi-resolution*. See pricelist page for details.
Professional Grade Equipment & Security Although I use reliable professional grade equipment, I also bring a backup set of equipment, and use methods to keep all your precious moments safe from the unexpected. I also use professional grade post processing software and have multi-level data back-up hardware in my studio to protect your digital images for up to 1 year after your event!

Client Proofs: Enhanced proofs are images that I have spent much time processing and make available to you online for free from which you can then pick the final prints you will purchase. *Free DVD of unedited proofs contains all your images before any artistic talent has been applied. I reserve the right to exclude any images that do not meet my high standards or professionalism.
Proofs will be ready for your viewing in about a week of your session
An e-mail notification will be sent to you when your session proofs are ready to view.
By request, galleries can be password protected.
Within 7-14 days you should select from these proofs, images that you want to purchase as photo prints.

Payment is due in full at the time of your order. I accept cash, checks or credit cards via paypal.
Once payment is received, your prints will be ordered and shall be ready in 10-14 days.
If ordering digital files or DVDs, these will be available immediately upon payment.
